THE COMPANY

Playhouse Montessori is a small family run business located in the heart of Norbury, London SW16 4SB a nursery reg. for 32, which is at full capacity, a big detached house with Approx. 7 members of staff. Close to the Norbury train station. Good residential location, ample parking and close to all local amenities.

THE ROLE

We are looking for a freshly tranined montessori qualified directress. You will help maintain good working practices, keep motivated and help the manager with the day to day running of the nursery. You will liaise with parents, help organise trips and have knowledge of the foundation stage, ensuring good standards are maintained within the nursery.

The key day-to-day tasks include:

Ensure the children are cared for in a happy, safe and stimulating environment
To follow and implement all the policies and procedures set out by the nursery
To ensure confidentiality at all times
Helping staff towards preparing for the Early Years Foundation Stage.
