We currently require a passionate and committed Room Leader to manage the baby unit at this truly wonderful nursery in Battersea.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

• To ensure the children are cared for in a happy, safe and stimulating environment

• To ensure that your room runs smoothly

• To manage your staff team by providing guidance and support

• To work in partnership with the parents and provide fantastic customer service

• To follow and implement all the policies and procedures set out by the nursery

• To work as part of a team

• To ensure confidentiality at all times

You will need to have the following qualifications, training and experience:

• Qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent

• Have 2 years post qualifying experience

• Have previous supervisory experience
