We are currently looking for a top notch candidate to run the children's facility within this exclusive Health Club in Bromley. You will need to be qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent and have previous experience of managing a child care team. Some of your responsibilities will include:

• To be responsible for the management of the children's activity programme. • To offer outstanding customer service to all members of the health club. • To manage your staff team by providing guidance and support • To manage budgets and reports • To follow and implement all the policies and procedures set out by the company • To work as part of a team • To ensure confidentiality at all times

You will need to have the following qualifications, training and experience:

• Qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent • Have 2 years post qualifying experience • Have previous supervisory experience
