Job: Room Leader, Caleeda Limited

This delightful nursery in Thames Ditton has an URGENT vacancy for Room Leader to manage their Pre School unit. You will need to be enthusiastic, motivated and posses excellent communication skills. This nursery offers fantastic benefits and carer progression to it's employees. 

Some of your responsibilities will include:

• To ensure the children are cared for in a happy, safe and stimulating environment • To ensure that your room runs smoothly • To manage your staff team by providing guidance and support • To work in partnership with the parents and provide fantastic customer service • To follow and implement all the policies and procedures set out by the nursery • To work as part of a team • To ensure confidentiality at all times

You will need to have the following qualifications, training and experience:

• Qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent • Have 2 years post qualifying experience • Have experience of managing a child care team.
