OurSpace Children’s Club Manager - Mauritius

Scott Dunn is a luxury tour operator, which is renowned for it’s excellent childcare. OurSpace is Scott Dunn’s new brand of Children’s Clubs.

We are looking for an experienced and qualified childcare professional to manage our OurSpace Children’s club in Mauritius. This is a very exciting opportunity to enhance your childcare skills and experience a new way of life.

Applicants must have a minimum of a level three childcare CACHE qualification or equivalent and at least two years experience in a management role in a childcare setting

Ideally the applicant should have:

Experience in training and delivering of Childcare qualifications
NVQ assessor experience is beneficial.

The role includes but is not limited to the following:

Attend daily morning meetings with all heads of departments and assistants
Organise daily set up of the club
Monitor equipment to maintain standards of safety
Supervise and guide the team
Plan and carry out children’s activities
Budget and manage accounts
Plan and carry out the activities for the CACHE Course level One and Two for the team members
Monitor Bookings of children wishing to attend OurSpace
Work closely with the General Manager to ensure the smooth running of the club
Liaise with the Childcare Manager in the London office
