An 'outstanding' Independent School in West Hampstead is looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, and professional individual to join its state of the art nursery as a Room Leader.

The role would involve managing a team of 4, and training will be provided to suitable candidates as the school is more interested in the person, although a NVQ Level 3 would be an advantage.

The following attributes ideally would be required for this post:

A childcare qualification—NNEB, BTEC, NVQ Level 3 would be an advantage
Graduates with degrees in Art, Design and Overseas Candidates very welcome
Experience of working as part of and also leading a team..
Experience of EYFS, Planning, Implementing and Evaluating the curriculum to meet the Child’s individual needs.
Experience of working with Children with Special Educational Needs
Good communication Skills both Orally and Written.
Good Organisational Skills
