Our client, Break is a registered charity, which, for over 40 years, has been providing a diverse range of specialist services for vulnerable children, young people, adults and families. The focus of their work is in East Anglia but some of their services are available to people from across the country.
Included amongst their many services are two residential, family assessment units for families in crisis, they are recruiting for a Deputy Manager at their centre in Sheringham.

DEPUTY MANAGER - RESIDENTIAL FAMILY ASSESSMENT CENTRE
Location: Sheringham, Norfolk
Salary: £28,779- £32,704 pa (depending on qualifications and experience)
Our client Break, has substantial experience of carrying out residential and community based family assessments. Their assessment and intervention is a key factor in determining the future care plans for children. Working closely with parents, children and other professionals, they help to give children a positive future.
They are seeking an experienced individual to support the Manager and the staff team within this residential family assessment service. The successful candidate will have substantial experience and understanding of child development, children’s needs, safeguarding and the legal processes. They must be committed to working with children and families in a supportive way.
A qualified, registered social worker is essential and previous experience of working in this sector is desired.
