Nursery Manager
This outstanding nursery group is renowned for its high quality of early year’s education combined with a real passion to ensure that every child has the best possible experience.
The group now seek a Nursery Manager for an established nursery which is undergoing a period of change. They need to identify a manager who relishes working with and improving a dedicated team, helping them develop and ensure delivery of outstanding care. In addition, investment is currently being made which includes redecoration and work on the outdoor areas.
Candidates must be experienced Nursery Managers with appropriate levels of qualification (NNEB, NVQ Level 3) and probably educated to degree standard. In addition, you must be able to demonstrate your passion for early years care and have the ability to ensure that the highest quality of childcare is implemented in all areas of the nursery, working on processes and people.
