We are looking for a committed, enthusiastic manager passionate about delivering high standard of care that will be responsible for;
- Providing and maintaining high standard of care
- Providing effective leadership and support for staff team
- Providing loving, warm and stimulating environment where children want to be and where staff wants to work
- Communicating and work in partnership with parents/carers, local partners and regulatory authorities
Applicant must have;
- NNEB, CACHE Level 3, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
- Degree and EYPS or working towards it will be advantage
- 2 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge and understanding of the EYFS
- Knowledge and understanding of the OFSTED standards
- Knowledge and understanding of health and safety legislations
- Knowledge and understanding of planning, providing and review appropriate activities for children
