Education
Motivate and stimulate the children's learning abilities using play activities. Interact with and support the children, providing them with a secure environment to learn. Assist with the development of the children's personal, social, and language abilities. Support the development of the children's basic skills, including physical co-ordination, speech, and communication. Encourage the children's mathematical and creative development, through stories, songs, games, drawing, and imaginative play.Encourage the children’s curiosity and develop their knowledge
Organisation
Be responsible for taking a daily register of the children in attendance. Observe, assess, and record, each child's progress. Devise and produce visual aids, and learning resources. Organise, and make imaginative use of, learning materials and resources. Work with others to plan and coordinate work
Development
Share knowledge gained with other practitioners and parents. Attend in-house training for professional development. Keep up to date with changes in the curriculum and educational best practice.
