We are looking for an enthusiastic NVQ Level 3 Room Leader with some prior knowledge of effective team skills to develop and enhance our small but uniquely individual setting.
The job involves developing and planning for the children and motivating a small team within the EYFS.
The person we are looking for will be positive, self-motivated and share our strong love of children.
This person will have the ability to work to a high standard and be able to prioritise the needs of each day, assisting the manager to continue to create a loving warm environment for all at the nursery.
