This role will suit someone who is confident, has experience of man management, is able to delegate, is hot on procedures and loves working in their field.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking for progression. You need to be a min Level 3 qualified and had experience of running a room. They will look at candidates who have been an Assistant Room Leader and looking for a step up
