Baby Room Leader

We are a new private nursery based in East London caring for 28 children, but are expanding to include 6 0-2 year olds.
We are recruiting for a Room Leader to help build our Baby Room. Previous experience working with babies is essential and previous experience as Room Leader is ideal.
You must hold a minimum NVQ3 or equivalent and must be committed as a team member with the ability to manage a team of 2 staff members. You will also need to have excellent interpersonal and organisational skills as well as excellent communication skills when dealing with parents and outside agencies.
This is a great opportunity to help to create a new baby room in a way that suits you.
A sound understanding of the EYFS is required as you will be responsible for implementing all area's within the room. You must also have knowledge of Ofsted standards, Safeguarding, health and safety legislation.
Please note: At least 1 years experience of working directly with babies is ABSOLUTELY ESSENTIAL for this position.
