About the Role
As Nursery Manager you will have overall responsibility for the effective daily management of the nursery and have a sound knowledge of Company policies, procedures and Ofsted requirements, ensuring these are maintained at all times.
You will be required to deliver high quality childcare and education in line with the current EYFS and Childbase strategy. You will also be required to manage all business aspects of the nursery including budgets, people and finance in addition to leading and motivating your nursery team to live our partnership ethos of “we all contribute, we all benefit”.
The Ideal Candidate

You will have a sound working knowledge of the EYFS in order to lead the nursery towards outstanding status. You will need to be commercially and operationally astute.

About the Nursery:
Sycamore is a purpose built day nursery of the highest quality providing childcare facilities for the children of the local community and hospital trust employees.
