Due to expansion in the New Year this forward thinking Nursery based in SE London/Kent border are looking for a manager to oversee the setting of the baby unit and work closely with the other manager of the pre-school site. This is a small nursery where you will be involved in marketing, show rounds, staff management, recruitment, appraisals, liaising with Ofsted and making sure all policies and procedures are adhered to.
This is a lovely role in a family friendly area. You will need to be confident, show good leadership skills, be able to delegate and manage staff on a day to day basis. Full support is offered from the top along with on-going training and incentives
Role will either suit someone already in management in a smaller setting or a Deputy looking for a step up
