About the role:
We have an exciting opportunity to join our Executive Management Team as the new Head of Operations. Based at our central office in Pimlico, Westminster you will report into our CEO, June O’Sullivan. You will have up to 5 direct reports; our Area Operations Managers. Your role will be accountable for the implementation, execution and sustainability of a cohesive operations strategy. As the new Head of Operations, you will be responsible for all aspects of service operations and accountable for delivering the economic, financial and social impact goals, which are in line with LEYF mission and values. The role will require you to develop and maintain key relationships with internal and external stakeholders and regulatory authorities.
You will be a confident and influential leader with an excellent track record of achieving targets in business and who can demonstrate an excellent understanding and knowledge in; Safeguarding, Compliance, Quality and Regulatory Framework Inc. Ofsted, HSE, EYPF Framework. To be considered for this role you will be required have worked at a senior level in Early Years/ Child Care and hold a qualification in Early Years/ Child Care, you will also need to hold a formal higher qualification, a degree related to the responsibility of the role would be desirable. A strong business awareness, acumen and business execution is essential to be successful. As part of the Executive Management Team, you will be expected to problem-solve, engage across a wide range of relationships and commit to continuous self-development.
