Salary
Starting from around RMB 200,000 per annum (approx. £22,500).

Job Description
JOB PURPOSE
As an Early Years English Teacher, the employee is responsible for delivering rich English learning opportunities and exceptional care that helps pre-school children to develop.
Plan and provide effective care, teaching and learning that enables children to progress and prepare them for school.
Work in partnership with colleagues, parents or other professionals to meet the individual needs of children.
Safeguard and promote the health, safety and welfare of children.
Perform other duties as assigned.
REQUIRED SKILLS, QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCES
The applicant should be a native English speaker.
An officially accredited EYFS degree or diploma is required.
At least two years of work experience in English Kindergarten/Nursery is needed.
We expect the applicant to be willing to experience Chinese culture, being passionate and patient, and having good expression and communication skills. Candidates planning to spend at least two years abroad are preferred.
We also appreciate applicants with a general understanding of cultural differences and showing high cultural compatibility.
In addition, applicants with sport, art and music talents are preferred.
Candidate’s CV should contain contact details of at least two referees.
WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
The applicant must have no criminal record or other record stops him/her being a practitioner. (All positions are subject to an enhanced DBS check)
Regular working hours for this position are from 8:10 a.m. to 5:10 p.m. Monday to Friday.
The recruiter assures the employee to receive all public holidays designated by Chinese government and extra holidays in February subject to management approval.
