Our client is a leading provider of quality Childcare nationwide. They are looking for an experienced and passionate Nursery Manager to join their busy team in Edinburgh.
Candidate
You will provide professional leadership and management of the nursery team and effectively manage the day to day running of the nursery, whilst you ensure the highest standard of care, education and compliance are met at all times.
You will be able to build positive relationships with the children, parents, carers and staff, as well as other professionals in the field. You will be required to lead showings of the Nursery to prospective families, and work closely with the marketing team to help build occupancy.
As Nursery Manager you will have the skillset to manage all commercial aspects of the Nursery's operations, managing financing and budgets. HR and recruiting strong, dedicated staff members will be a large part of your role as well as marketing the Nursery online and within the community.
Essential Requirements
-Minimum Level 3 Early Years Qualifications
-Recent Nursery Management Experience
-Strong IT Skills
-Strong Financing Skills
