Our client is looking for an experienced Deputy Manager to join their small, friendly team in Princes Risborough, managing one of their smaller settings.
Candidate
The Nursery needs a strong manager, who has a good track record with Ofsted, and who has experience in building a strong, motivated staff team. You will also be required to build occupancy within the Nursery and hold open days and events for prospective parents and children.
You will need to be able to build positive relationships with the children, parents, carers and staff, as well as other professionals in the field. You will manage financing and budgets and take control of recruitment and training new staff members.

Essential Requirements
-Minimum Level 3 Early Years Qualifications
-Recent Nursery Management Experience
-Recent OFSTED experience
