WANTED IMMEDIATELY
We have just opened a new high-quality learning centre in Shenzhen. We are looking for an experienced early year practitioner to help us develop the centre further. When fully open we will need three members of staff as well as the Chinese staff who work in the centre.
Duties:
The successful candidate will be a competent early years practitioner who is able to
welcome children into the learning space and make them feel comfortable. You will be
knowledgable in child development and have the ability to plan activities for the
children allowing them to choose the activities they want to engage with through a child-centred
approach. You will facilitate play and be there to share experiences with the children.
In the afternoon sessions, you will organise activities based on subject specific
curriculum, drama, dance or art.
Timetable:
8:00-11:30 UK Early Years activities
11:30/12.00-13:30 Lunch
13:30-15:00 teaching preparation
15:00-15:40 First subject group event
15:50-16:30 Second subject group event
16:30-17:00 end of the day
Ideally, the person we are looking for will be
Level 3 / Degree
Age 25
Two years experience in the early years
Native English speaker
UK Passport
