Room Leader (Pre-School)

This is a fantastic opportunity if you an experienced Pre-School Nursery Room Leader.

You will be someone who is an inspiring leader who have excellent skills in working and leading a strong and enthusiastic team.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and teaching a Pre-School classroom of 30 children
• Management skills when completing learning journals and completing daily reports
• Observing, planning and tracking children's learning and development effectively.
• Ensuring the children are cared for in a happy and stimulating environment
• Working in partnership with parents and carers
• Safeguarding and promoting the health, safety and welfare of children
• Following and implementing all of the policies and procedures set out by the nursery

You will need to have the following qualifications, training and experience:

• Minimum Level 6 - QTS/EYITT Desirable
• A sound knowledge of Development Matters is essential, along with experience in the teaching of synthetic phonics.
• Excellent experience in the EYFS
• A high degree of professionalism.
• A knowledge of safeguarding practices.
