ICS International School Milan – Early Years

We are looking for qualified staff who have a proven record of excellence in the childcare sector.

At ICS Milan we combine the EYFS with a unique Design Approach. The Design Approach is a way for children in the early years to explore the world around them, building on their own knowledge and using their senses to make discoveries and consolidate information.

As our school continues to grow, we have exciting opportunities for candidates to gain overseas experience and further their childcare career.

We pride ourselves on the care we offer to local and international families in Milan, and we are looking for passionate early years practitioners to join our team.

The ideal candidate must

  • be qualified with a suitable childcare qualification
  • have experience of working within nursery or school settings
  • be English mother tongue or speak to a native level
  • have a proven track record within the sector
  • be in possession of an up-to-date DBS check
  • have an EU passport and be able to work in Italy

As we take the safety and security of our children very seriously, candidates must be prepared to answer questions regarding safeguarding and to provide checkable references.

Only candidates who meet the above criteria will be considered for interview.

Our 3 schools are based in central Milan with a 4th one opening this September just on the outskirts of the city.

All roles are full time. We are open from September to June and run a summer camp in July. Staff will start on 26th August 2019.

We looking forward to welcoming new members to our friendly team and sharing with them the excitement and challenge of working in a new city.
