Head of Nursery
We are looking for a new Head of Nursery to take our Outstanding setting even further in 2020 and beyond.

Based in Clapham we have been providing exceptional care and education in the area for nearly 40 years. We are a small family run nursery linked to The White House School which was just ranked number 16 in the Top 100 Prep Schools in the UK by the Sunday Times! So when we say we know early years we really mean it!
We have an amazing team in place and exciting plans for future growth that you would be helping to drive. The role is in our newest building, a 60 place beautiful Victorian house which we have refurbished to the highest standards with incredible resources.
You need
- Real passion for working with young children and the ability to communicate what this looks like in every day teachin
- Exceptional leadership skills with an ability to find and keep the best of the best in our team
- A drive to go further – yes we’re outstanding but there is always somewhere we can do better – can you identify these areas and chart the course to get there
- An incredible eye for detail when it comes to operations like invoicing and admissions
- Fantastic people skills which build long-lasting trusted relationships with our current and future parents
- You will hold a minimum level 3 qualification and have at least two years of senior management experience
