Montessori teacher

Gardens Montessori consists of two well established, highly regarded, family run schools in Kensington. We are looking for a part time teacher to join our cosy school of 16 pupils at Victoria Road Montessori and a full time teacher to join our bubbling community at the larger school, Iverna Gardens Montessori. Both schools are MEAB accredited and the same love, philosophy and excitement run through both, with Victoria Road being like a family and Iverna Gardens a community.

We strive to help children develop within their natural abilities, understanding the importance of the building blocks being in place in order for later learning to thrive. We not only want to teach the child to develop physically and cognitively, but also nurture their emotional and spiritual being. Our strong team is passionate, happy and friendly. We have a forest school, and lovely outdoor spaces in both schools.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for two candidates who are passionate about Montessori and working with young children. Ideally, we require the candidate to have a Montessori diploma or higher. We would like someone with a team spirit who is creative, adaptable and enthusiastic. In our schools there will be a chance to learn and grow as a teacher as you will have professional development training and continued mentoring. There is also a chance for career progression as it is possible to take on more roles and responsibilities.
