We have a fantastic opportunity for a Deputy Manager to join our ‘Outstanding’ nursery of which we have been awarded this rating by Ofsted three times in a row. As a Deputy Manager qualified to level 3 or above, we are offering a salary of £27,085.50 - £30,0150.00 per annum dependent on experience.
You will work with the Nursery Manager to effectively deliver high quality standards of care, promote partnerships with families and external agencies and ensure every child thrives in a safe and secure environment. You will uphold all company policies and Ofsted requirements and ensure that colleagues do the same by role modelling outstanding practice within the rooms and offering appropriate mentoring and coaching as required. You will effectively manage parent queries and, in the absence of the Nursery Manager, you will assume overall responsibility of the nursery.
