To be a team leader and provide a senior management role within Hornsey Lane Estate Community Association, supporting staff to reach their full potential. To establish a high quality, positive physical, emotional, social and intellectual environment, fostering children’s needs and all round development.  Ensuring that high standards are maintained at all times within our under 5’s setting.
