Training. Hopscotch offers an excellent training schedule - from the moment you join us, your training won’t stop! We encourage our staff to attend internal and external training as often as possible. We have access to many courses including first aid, food hygiene, health & safety, childcare issues, management issues etc many of which are funded by Hopscotch.

Social Events. Our nurseries are happy, friendly places to work and give staff immense job satisfaction. There are many opportunities for social events - fun and theme days, theatre visits, charity fund raising, park and farm visits, to name but a few. Our staff also organise evenings out, teambuilding activities and Christmas parties etc. In addition, we hold an Annual Awards/social Evening where our staff are recognised for their achievements in length of service, attendance, and a nursery practitioner of the year is voted for by parents. The winners receive certificates, champagne, gift vouchers etc.
