Salary: £25K-£30K (depending on experience) + workplace pension + other staff benefits
Main Purpose of Job:
You will work closely with the manager to ensure consistency & quality of service across the rooms and outside area.
You will have a strong understanding of the EYFS statutory requirements and be able to work alongside the nursery manager to motivate and train a team of practitioners to provide the highest quality care at all times.
You will work closely with the manager and deputise for her as and when required.
You will support the aims and objectives of the nursery and assist the manager to organise a high quality establishment for children from 3 months to 5 years.
You will work with the manager on implementing the Early Years Foundation Stage Framework and any other legal/statutory frameworks
You will work with the manager to achievement and maintain an Ofsted Outstanding rating.
The ideal candidate will have proven Outstanding or Good leadership experience in a previous setting and have a keen passion for Early Years and a caring personal
Annual Leave: 4 weeks plus 1 at Christmas
