LEVEL 3 FOREST SCHOOL PRACTITIONER REQUIRED TO LEAD AND DEVELOP EXCEPTIONAL OUTDOOR PROVISION
Combe Down and Guinea Lane Nurseries are part of the Bath Nursery company providing high quality childcare & education in Bath. We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated Forest School Leader to join our senior team bringing unique skills and innovation to our vibrant and fun nurseries.
As Forest School Leader you will work across both settings, be responsible for developing exciting and stimulating outdoor play opportunities, including forest school experiences, for children attending the nurseries, supporting children’s active physical development and mental health and well-being.
You will act as a positive role model for the team of early years practitioners, providing supported learning whilst developing self-awareness, self-esteem and building confidence in the provision of challenging outdoor play opportunities.

- Flexible part-time position working 3 days a week (8.00am – 6.00pm) Between Monday & Friday all year round
- Salary range £18,139.68 - £20,030.40 (pro-rata for 3 days: £12,242.88 - £13,520.52)

Minimum qualification: Level 3 Forest School leader or equivalent
Experience working with under 5’s essential
some supervisory or team management experience desirable
