Position: Early Years Educator Level 2

Salary: £14,000 - £16,500

Location: Woodham House, Carlton Road, Woking, GU21 4HF

Hours: 1.25 hours a week Flexible hours and days

Overview of the role

As an early years educator you must hold a full and relevant Level 2 qualification. You will be responsible for supporting our Early Years Educators, and assist in the running of the room and the daily programme of stimulating and educational activities. You will be responsible for providing a positive and secure relationship for your key children and their families, play a significant role in their daily care and development.

Qualifications and experience

  • A Level 2 qualification in Childcare such as EYE, NVQ, CACHE, Intermediate Apprenticeship or recognised equivalent
  • Workplace experience
  • Good knowledge of child protection procedures and the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
  • Excellent references and a clear enhanced DBS (DBS is paid for by Fennies)
  • Passion for delivering outstanding childcare and learning
  • Lots of energy and a positive ‘can do’ attitude
  • Team player
