Nursery Room Leader
I am currently recruiting for a Level 3, or above, Nursery Room Manage. You will be managing a wonderful team, helping each other with the daily routine & planning of activities, ensuring that the children’s happiness and care is balanced. You must be passionate about working with children and keen to progress in your career. This successful chain of nurseries also offers all their staff the chance to progress professionally and academically. They have their very own Training Academy & support all their staff who want to learn & train, to further their career.
The nursery has been extended over a number of years and incorporates a range of buildings, the latest additions being purpose-built child-care buildings. This gives the nursery light airy rooms with great character equipped and designed from the child’s perspective. There are also dedicated sleep rooms for the youngest babies.
Outside each age group has its own dedicated garden area where there are further stimulating resources for learning and play in the fresh air. This includes sand boxes, vegetable gardens, dens and balancing beams
You MUST have the following -
An Early Years qualification of Level 3 or above Have a minimum of 3 years childcare experience Be passionate about working in childcare Be creative, patience and have a fun element to working with young children
