Nursery Manager – Permanent role – starting ASAP

I am currently working with a well-known, established, mid-sized nursery, who have an outstanding Ofsted report. My clients is looking for a passionate, dedicated and experienced Nursery Manager with their level 3 and above in Early Years. This role will be working a 45 hour week, working 6.45am to 3.45pm one week and the next 10am to 7pm, in the Catford area.

The individual must be highly motivated and have a positive attitude towards working with children and their parents to provided outstanding care.

Candidates must have:

• 2 years plus experience managing a busy and challenging nursery
• Be able to work with the Managing Director to ensure their vison for the nursery and care they provided is portrayed to the children, parents and staff
• Mentor a large team and support them to progress in their careers
• Observe and carry out appraisals
• Support the staff to carry out an outstanding level of care and learning for the children
• Maintain a heath, happy and fun place to be
