Nursery Practitioner 

This position is full time or term time

We are based in Custom House in East London. As an established setting in Newham, we are recruiting full time and term time only level 3 qualified nursery practitioners to work in our baby rooms, toddler rooms and pre-school rooms.

The role involves:

Maintaining high standards in delivering the revised EYFS to help the children progress according to their developmental needs.

Working as part of a team as a key person in a caring and nurturing environment.

Working in partnership with parents and other external professionals to meet the varied needs of the children.

Qualifications and experience

Must have a minimum of NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in order to be considered for the position.

Recent experience of working in a nursery setting.

Up to date knowledge and understanding of the revised EYFS.

You will need to have a good command of spoken and written English.

An enhanced DBS check will be carried out.

Previous training, for example in paediatric first aid, safeguarding, SEN, food hygiene, health and safety and first aid at work are advantageous.
