​My client is a well-established nursery, based in Wandsworth near Kings George Park.. The nursery is looking for a passionate, outgoing Senior Nursery Practitioner to support the Deputy and Manager in a beautiful open nursery.  They pride themselves on creating a home from home environment for their children and work with the curiosity approach.

Candidates must have:

• Level 3 full and relevant Early Years Qualification.
• The ability to motivate the team
• A strong understanding of the EYFS.
• A good understanding of safeguarding practices.
• The ability to advance children’s learning, through high quality experiences and activities.
• Experienced working as a key worker for 4 to 6 children at one time.
• Excellent communication skills with both adults and children.
• Clear DBS check.
