Level 3 Early Years Practitioners

Abertots Play are looking for a Level 3 Early Years Practitioners to join a well-established term time only pre-school. 

Hours of Work: 21 hours per week (Term times only)

Hours of work: Monday to Thursday 8.15 to 12.00 am and Friday 8.00am to 2.30 pm

Salary: £8.70 x 21 x 45 = 8221.50 per annum (actual salary)

Level 3 childcare qualification on QCA framework of qualifications or equivalent, all candidates must have evidence of some professional development.

A minimum of one years’ experience of working with children 2 to 5 years of age essential.

Abertots Play is a voluntary sector playgroup offering sessional care to children 2-5 years of age.

The Early Years Practitioner will be a ‘key person’ for a group of key children and will have experience of keeping records in accordance with EYFS and Ofsted requirements.  In addition, the role requires the practitioner to work as part of a team, taking responsibility to ensure that all children, in the pre-school receive the highest standard of care and education.

The playgroup has strong ethos in supporting children and their families.
