An exciting opportunity to work at a brand new Nursery School in Kensal Rise. Dandelions Nursery School offers morning sessions for children from 1- 4 years. We are looking for a team of practitioners that will work together to share their knowledge and ideas, plan exciting and creative activities and most importantly offer the highest standard of care and educational opportunities for our children. Working hours: 8am-1pm Monday-Friday. To start ASAP

Successful applicants MUST have:

  • A minimum Level 2/3 qualification
  • A good understanding of the EYFS and be experienced in writing observations and planning    for the development of their key children
  • Experience in developing strong relationships with parents and carers
  • A good knowledge of Safeguarding and child protection procedures
  • A positive and excited approach to their work and an enthusiasm to develop their knowledge and skills

Desirable:

Experienced in working with 1-2 year olds

Experience with using an online tracking program

Two references will be required alongside an enhanced DBS check. Paediatric First Aid training and food hygiene training will be provided (if necessary) to the successful applicants.

In return, Dandelions Nursery will offer a high level of training for staff to develop their skills, provide generous holidays and salary and promote a positive working environment. There will be opportunities to take on extra responsibilities and roles within the Nursery and practitioners will also be given non-contact time to keep up to date with children’s learning records.
