£34,000 - £36,000
Our client is looking for an experienced and passionate Nursery Manager to join their busy team. You will provide professional leadership and management of the nursery team and effectively manage the day to day running of the nursery, whilst you ensure the highest standard of care, education and compliance are met at all times.
Candidate
The Nursery needs a strong manager, who has experience in improving Ofsted reports and building a strong, motivated staff team.
You will be required to work closely with the marketing team to build occupancy and hold open days and events for prospective families.
You will need to be able to build positive relationships with the children, parents, carers and staff, as well as other professionals in the field. You will manage financing and budgets and take control of recruitment and training new staff members.

Essential Requirements
-Minimum Level 3 Early Years Qualifications
-Recent Nursery Management Experience
-Recent OFSTED experience
-Strong Financing Skills
