Who are Worldwide Kids?

Worldwide Kids is the leader in hotel childcare management globally with 30 years’ experience. WK runs creche and kids club facilities on behalf of luxury hotels and resorts and guarantee children's fun and enjoyment in a safe, structured environment. WK employ qualified, experienced, and enthusiastic staff from the UK and worldwide to manage and supervise our clubs and operate to the very highest standards adhering to all Ofsted guidelines, policies and procedures. 

Worldwide Kids have a fantastic opportunity for you! We are looking for passionate enthusiastic and outgoing people to work in luxury resorts worldwide.  Roles would ideally suit people who are independent but outgoing and able to integrate with people from various backgrounds. We are looking for people who can use their own initiative to promote the fantastic childcare settings and WK services.

WK are currently working in Greece, Croatia, Portugal, Cyprus, Caribbean and Maldives.

Training and Development

WK offer City & Guilds qualifications for all their resort staff based on childcare in the leisure and tourism industry with pre-season training. All successful candidates will be awarded City & Guilds certificates upon completion of their training and assessment period.

As part of our standards and commitment to safeguarding children all employees of WK will receive accredited first aid training and certificate, valid for two years.

Training and Development

Not only do we offer seasonal work but there are plenty of longer positions available as well as all year round work.

We also offer a City & Guilds qualification and pre-season childcare training in International Childcare for Leisure and Tourism, with a qualification awarded by City & Guilds (provided contract is completed and vocational assessments meet requirements)
