Nursery Practitioner – White Waltham, SL6
These are permanent positions in an independent nursery setting
Hours: 8:00am – 6:00pm (Over 4 or 5 days)
Salary: Level 2 qualified - £7.90 per hour
Level 3 qualified - £8.10 per hour
The successful candidate will:
- Have a passion for working with children
- Have a minimum NVQ Level 2 Childcare qualification
- Have a minimum of 1 years’ experience working in a nursery setting
- Have own transport to get to the nursery due to its rural location
- Have good knowledge of the EYFS
- Have exceptional team working skills
- Enthusiasm and a positive attitude
- Excellent communication both written and verbal

Our client’s private nursery is set in a rural village location in White Waltham, Berkshire, just outside Maidenhead, providing Ofsted rated ‘Good’ childcare services, they are registered for 65 children between 3 months to 5 years.
The nursery is committed to retaining a home from home atmosphere whilst nurturing the children and encouraging them to try new activities. The nursery consists of 3 bright and inviting rooms including a sensory room, along with a well-equipped garden space where the children spend time participating in a range of fun and stimulating activities.
