Daisy Chain are recruiting a room leader to work as part of an 'Outstanding' nursery setting in Chesham, Buckinghamshire
This is an amazing opportunity for existing room leaders or senior practitioners who are seeking progression. This nursery benefits from beautiful facilities including a ball pool and adventure area. It also has great outdoor space!
Position: 2-3's Room Leader
Hours: 40hrs per week
Salary: £22,000-£23,000
Our client is looking for a room leader who is:
- Level 3 qualified as a minimum (Essential)
- Able to work full-time 40 hours per week (Essential)
- Able to work in a busy day nursery
- Focused on delivering great quality of care to the children and parents
- Motivated and reliable
- Passionate about Early Years
- Creative and able to adapt to a fun and inspiring way of working
- Ability to motivate and inspire others
