Childcare Centre Manager

We are recruiting for a Nursery Manager at our Centre based in Wolverhampton.

Our purpose-built Centre offers the highest level of facilities for both children and staff to enjoy.

The nursery is part of a family owned business and has provided care and education within the Wolverhampton and Staffordshire areas since 2004.

Our nurseries have a great reputation for high standards of services and education. We continue to work closely with parents, schools and the wider community.

We are looking for a proven successful Manager to manage our thriving Centre. The Centre is currently registered for 122 children with plans to expand and a staffing team of around 40 personnel each day.

The successful candidate will need to display outstanding leadership skills and is expected to inspire and motivate the staffing team as a whole. You should have a proven track record of maintaining high standards of education and care of children.

You will need to demonstrate an excellent knowledge of the EYFS, the Statutory Framework and the Common Inspection Framework.

With the support of an Assistant Manager and an in-house Early Years Support Team, you will ensure that we provide the highest standards of care and education to every child.

You will be responsible for ensuring the nursery meets all legislative requirements at all times including Safeguarding and Health and Safety. You will also ensure all staff follow our Company policies and procedures at all times.

You must demonstrate drive and enthusiasm and have a determination to succeed. Your leadership qualities must be strong and your communication skills need to effective at all levels. You must demonstrate the ability to prioritise a busy and conflicting workload.
