My clients in Wandsworth are looking for a Toddler Room leader for their large bright and airy nursery with extensive outdoor facilities. If you are a passionate and outgoing Nursery Practitioner who will enjoy working in a warm welcoming nursery that has a homely feel please apply below. You must be highly motivated and have a positive attitude towards working with children and their parents to provided outstanding care.

Candidates must have:

• Level 3 full and relevant Early Years Qualification.
• Experience in leading a nursery room and motivating staff
• A strong understanding of the EYFS.
• A good understanding of safeguarding practices.
• The ability to advance children’s learning, through high quality experiences and activities.
• Experienced working as a key worker for 4 to 6 children at one time.
• Excellent communication skills with both adults and children.
• Clear DBS check.

Finally, you must be prepared to feel loved, special and important to many young children and their families.
