We are seeking to appoint an Early Years Manager in our dynamic, friendly and outward facing organisation. Reporting to the CEO, you will oversee and monitor all aspects of care, education, quality and implementation of legislation across all of our nurseries; additionally, the out of school provision. A visit is an essential requirement of the selection process.
The role of the Early Years Manager is pivotal within our organisation’s vision and growth plan. To fulfil the role, you will need to be an experienced leader with: a proven track record in improving and maintaining highly successful OFSTED outcomes in early years provision, experience in supporting Nursery Managers and their teams and be able to demonstrate ongoing professional development of early years and out of school practices.
You will act as a nominated Safeguarding Lead for the settings and be the first point of contact for matters of: Child Protection, Safeguarding and OFSTED compliance. A diligent approach, in-depth and practical knowledge across all of these matters is an essential requirement.
A minimum of three years management experience in an early years setting is essential. You will be located within reasonable commute to our settings in the Tamworth and East Staffordshire Districts; consequently, the role is driver essential.
