My client is looking to recruit a Nursery Manger for their beautiful nursery school.

This state-of-the-art setting is described as idyllic and tranquil. All rooms are bright, modern & cheerful. All areas are set out within the room to encourage and meet individual children’s interest. All staff ensure that they meet and plan the delivery of the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum. They work closely with parents to ensure the children achieve and enjoy their time at the nursery.

The nursery is 1 of 8 setting in this small chain of nurseries, with another setting opening soon. They are looking for passionate child carers who will follow and support their ethos. Room for progression is very much supported & regular performance reviews are scheduled.  

My client will also consider candidates who are looking for a Term Time only position!

As a Nursery Manager you must have: -

• Childcare Level 3 qualification or Above
• Have a minimum of 2 years in a senior leadership position
• Have excellent knowledge of the EYFS & Safeguarding Framework
• The successful candidate will oversee the running of a busy nursery
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• You will need to lead the staff, liaise with parents and outside agencies

 Salary is negotiable – ranging from £28,5000 - £30,000. Depending on your experience, qualification.
