Nursery Room Manager roles - Buckinghamshire area

2 x Nursery Room Manager roles available for two well established day nursery settings (Good and Outstanding) to support the management team. This is a great opportunity for a Senior Nursery Nurse looking to progress or an existing Nursery Room Leader looking to move.

Role Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a room and a team of staff 
• Work closely with the senior management team
• Work as a key person and build relationships with children and their families
• Help ensure all children receive the highest standards of care and education 
• Planning for children following the EYFS curriculum
• Maintain the health & safety of children and follow safeguarding procedures

Person Specification

• Full and relevant early years qualification (e.g. NVQ/Diploma/BTEC) level 3 or higher 
• Experience working as a Senior Nursery Nurse or Nursery Room Leader 
• Strong leadership and communication skills and a team player
• Knowledge of the EYFS
• Knowledge of health and safety
• Able to liaise with and develop good relationships with parents

• Salary from £21,000 pa to £23,000 pa (depending on setting)
