About us

Children’s Oasis Day Nursery is an independent pre-school nursery located in the heart of Jumeirah in Dubai for children aged 3 months to 4 years old. We are a boutique nursery that is independently owned and personally managed.

Our exciting, vibrant & multicultural nursery is set in a beautiful, warm, welcoming & homely villa with rooms designed for specific age groups and is filled with high-quality resources, equipment & hand-crafted toys. The school is set in a stunning oasis consisting of lush greenery and an adventure garden, where the children continue their learning through play and exploration.  We have over 30 years of early years experience & we were the first nursery school to become ISO certified in the Middle East.

We are looking for an experienced, highly motivated nursery manager who has strong interpersonal and leadership skills. An individual who has the ability to develop and lead our amazing nursery school and support us and the growing team with our commitment in providing the highest quality of care and education in the heart of Dubai.

As part of the Head Teachers role, you will be working in close partnership with parents, providing guidance and support and sharing your knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).

We need a committed Nursery Manager / Head Teacher with fantastic life experiences who will oversee the day to day management and performance of the nursery. You will be responsible for managing policies and procedures and ensuring ministry requirement are being met and kept up to date.

Requirements:

A minimum of 2 years of nursery management experience

University degree in Early Years Education

Or

Any other university degree and the Cache Level 5 or equivalent

Or

Any other university degree and a minimum of 2 years’ experience in the early years

Ability to lead and motivate the team

A commitment to maintain the highest possible standards of safety and safeguarding

A passion for working with children aged 3 months to 4 years

Clear and professional communication skills

Excellent problem solving and organisational skills
