Are you Level 2 or Level 3 qualified? Looking for a new full-time position? Are you hungry for career progression?

I am currently with a lovely nursery, based in the Woodford Green, Redbridge area which is part of an expanding nursery group. They are looking to appoint 2 Level 3 Childcare Practitioners. The nursery would be happy to take on a Level 2 qualified practitioner, if they have the desire to train for their Level 3. My client will support candidates to further their studies and gain their Level 3, but only once they have passed their probation period.

The nursery is a great nursery nestled away in a quiet area of Woodford Green. They have a number of childcare rooms that accommodate several different age groups, including a dedicated space for babies. They have a large outdoor area offering children the chance to experience nature, and explore their forest school ethos. They have a large number of staff members, all highly qualified and enthusiastic about caring for wonderful children. They are looking to appoint 2 Level 3 or Level 2 Practitioners on a full-time and permanent basis, starting as soon as possible. They would also like to interview for these roles as soon as possible.

You MUST have the following - 

• Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare Qualification
• All staff need to be passionate about childcare & education
• Have a strong passion for a child-centred approach to play and learning
• All staff need to have patience, positive approach and a nurturing and caring personality
• All staff need to work well as part of a team and independently
• All staff must have excellent knowledge & practice of the EYFS Framework, Safeguarding Policies and all nursery Policy & Procedures

Salary is negotiable depending on your qualifications and experience – £17,139.20 (Level 2), £17,971.20 (Level 3) per annual.
