JBD Recruitment are seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to manage a hot desk recruiting temporary Early Years staff . This position is based in our South East branch.

The Role

This is a 360 recruitment position with excellent career progression.

 You will be responsible for :

• Candidate generation via job boards and social media
• Interviewing and screening candidates
• Business development including sales calls and client visits
• Account management of new and existing clients
• Out of hours phone for emergency client requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 years Recruitment experience
• Team Player
• Excellent communicational skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently with enthusiasm and initiative
• Must be motivated, ambitious and driven with a desire to succeed
• Ability to achieve and exceed personal and team targets
• Have passion for delivering the best candidate and client experience through unrivalled quality of service
• Be proactive, highly motivated with a ‘can do’ attitude
• PC literate
• A decisive decision maker who can take responsibility
• A People person with a strong sales ability and high customer service
