Nursery Nurse (Term Time only)

Term Time Nursery Nurse / Childcare Practitioner!

This position is ideal for someone with who is passionate about working with Children, is naturally caring, and enjoys assisting children develop to their full potential. In return for your knowledge and experience the client is looking to pay very generous pay a competitive salary, depending on your experience and suitability for the role. Within this setting you will have access to a large pool of resources, great training and development as well as long term progression.

Working hours: Term time (Full time) – 38 weeks a year. 08:00am - 16:00pm Monday - Friday

To be successful in this role you must :
Have NVQ Level 3 Childcare qualification, equivalent or higher
Have at least 2 years + experience working with children in a childcare setting
Experience as a keyworker/Understanding of keyworker systems

Your day-to-day tasks as a nursery nurse would include:
Taking care of key children.
Setting up, planning and performing activities.
Performing observations on key children and analysing their development.
Liaising with room leaders and senior members of staff in the nursery.
Having to perform risk assessments on equipment and the areas within the nursery to ensure maximum safety.
To plan, prepare and review the curriculum with your team reflective of the EYFS.
Ensure confidentiality at all times.
