Level 2 & Level 3 Nursery Assistants

Are you Level 2 or Level 3 qualified Nursery Assistant? Looking for a new full-time position? Are you hungry for career progression?

I am currently working with a lovely nursery group in the Harlow, Essex area. One of these settings is looking to appoint Level 2 & Level 3 Nursery Assistants. My client will support candidates to further their studies and gain their Level 3 also. My client will also interview suitable candidates for these roles as soon as possible.

These nursery settings are an easy commute for those living in Harlow area with local bus routes all available. The Nursery provides a high-quality care & education and recruit staff who are passionate and caring.

In January 2018, they opened the doors to this fully equipped, 80 place, purpose built nursery. The design for this nursery was based on a Chinese Montessori school and the Nursery Owner designed the beautiful new building with the Montessori ethos at the forefront of her mind.

With its spacious gardens, open plan layout and individual bright classrooms, the nursery promotes learning and education in a light and modern environment.

You MUST have the following - 

• Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare Qualification
• All staff need to be passionate about childcare & education
• Have a strong passion for a child-centred approach to play and learning
• All staff need to have patience, positive approach and a nurturing and caring personality
• All staff need to work well as part of a team and independently
• All staff must have excellent knowledge & practice of the EYFS Framework, Safeguarding Policies and all nursery Policy & Procedures

Salary is negotiable depending on your qualifications and experience. – £15,500 - £16,500 (Level 2) and £16,500 -£19,000 (Level 3), per annual - depending on your experience and qualification.
